I scanned a play into my computer, had a bath and went to bed early...not very interesting! Oh well, I'm not really a party person anyway :)
Played games with my wife and watched lame Bowl Games.
Happy New Year! I was with friends. We stayed up until 2013 and then all ran home to the comfort of bed.

New Year's Eve is always a double whammy for me, seeing as how it's my birthday and all. My wife always makes it special. Aside from that, I got an early start on some goals. ;-)

For NYE, I did dinner and a nerdy movie marathon with my cousin. It was fantastic. :)
I spent New Year's at the movies watching The Hobbit! Then made all kinds of predictable jokes about having been in the theater since last year. Then bought some toilet paper as my first purchase of 2013.
That was awesomely smart! I need to apply it to my "reduce the size of my chubby butt" goal.
Stayed home, relax, read, ate. Read you FFF post.

I'd have to say it was pretty much a normal night. Although I did stay up until midnight. But not much long after.
My husband and I had Thai food and watched the last three movies in our Harry Potter movie marathon. On New Year's Day, we went for a great walk on the beach. :)
